Requirements
- Strong electrical and industrial maintenance background required
- Experience with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation systems
- Associate degree in Electronics, Robotics, General Technology, or related field + 3 years industrial maintenance experience OR Completion of apprenticeship program + 3 years industrial maintenance experience OR 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Nice To Haves
- Multi-craft experience in electrical, mechanical, and electronics maintenance preferred
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment calibration
- Work with Engineering teams to install, test, and commission equipment
- Maintain maintenance records in CMMS systems
- Troubleshoot PLCs, AC drives, motors, encoders, and resolvers
- Support industrial networking systems including EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, and DeviceNet
- Repair and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, and rotating equipment systems
- Read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, hoists, and testing instruments safely
