  • Proven ability in leatherwork or softgoods design, including managing technical feedback loops with vendors.
  • Proficiency in developing toon-style Keyshot animations and crafting compelling, data-supported design narratives.
  • Passion for leveraging AI-driven tools to optimize and accelerate creative workflows.
  • Demonstrated background in art direction, photoshoot planning, and the logistical management of physical hardware assets.
  • Proficiency in navigating entrepreneurial settings that require frequent context switching and operational fluidity.

Responsibilities

  • Support the evolution of consumer-facing repair manuals and touchpoints leveraging AI tools by simplifying technical layouts and exploring consumer-friendly tones.
  • Produce intuitive toon-style Keyshot animations and manage image collection and selection for Repair Manuals and Environmental Reports.
  • Support portfolio alignment as hardware repair design expands into new product categories, including trackers, buds, and cameras.
  • Scale design deliverables for PERs, experimenting with new visual storytelling methods to transition complex sustainability data into digestible formats.
  • Concept, design, and execute next-generation Project ReRe prototypes to redirect unused materials into premium accessories for retail landings.
  • Partner closely with Albert Lee and SEED Studio to manage sustainability photoshoots, plan compositions, gather props, and ensure high-fidelity outputs for repairability teardowns.
  • Curate, prep, and manage physical sustainability displays and materials for events, including the Taiwan 20th Anniversary and Finance team sustainability booths.
  • Alleviate cross-functional bandwidth constraints by aligning tactical repair design with a better consumer journey alongside internal teams and external agencies.
