As a Full-Time Industrial Custodian, with Perfection Commercial Services Inc., you will be responsible for maintaining custodial services as well as equipment maintenance in an industrial setting. Forklift experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate. Expect to assist your team in executing thorough cleaning procedures, ensuring all areas meet our high standards of excellence. You will assess cleaning needs, develop efficient work schedules, and address any immediate challenges that arise on the spot, demonstrating your problem-solving skills. Additionally, you will actively engage with our client to understand their needs and gather feedback, ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities

Maintaining custodial services and equipment maintenance in an industrial setting.
Training on forklift to empty metal hoppers and barrels, and other forklift usage.
Handling other mechanical equipment.
Emptying water tanks.
Refilling waste oil reservoirs.
Working with coolant and oils.
Assisting the team in executing thorough cleaning procedures.
Assessing cleaning needs.
Developing efficient work schedules.
Addressing immediate challenges that arise on the spot.
Engaging with the client to understand their needs and gather feedback.
Promoting a clean and safe environment.
