About The Position

Gordon Food Service is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Custodian for their Distribution Center in Kenosha, WI. This role is crucial for maintaining a clean and organized operational environment. The custodian will be responsible for sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, emptying trash, clearing snow, and performing other assigned tasks to support the warehouse team. The role involves working in extreme temperature conditions, ranging from -25F to 100F, due to the nature of handling frozen products.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Industrial janitorial experience required.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions (-25F to 100F).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions).
• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage and a background check.

Responsibilities
