About The Position

Badger Infrastructure Solutions is hiring an Industrial Crew Lead to supervise and coordinate crew activities involving hydro-blasting, vacuuming, and other industrial services, including maintenance, repair, installation, and testing. The role includes leading and coaching team members, supporting safe work practices, inspecting job sites and equipment, and operating industrial cleaning equipment. Work involves manual labor around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous industrial environments. Compensation is commensurate with education or work experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of industrial cleaning experience.
• Experience operating hydro-blasting, vacuum, and/or high-pressure cleaning equipment.
• Tanker endorsement required, or must be obtained shortly after hire.
• Must be available to work overtime as needed.
• Must undergo a physical examination and pre-employment screening, including driver’s abstract review and drug and alcohol testing.

Nice To Haves

• Valid Class A CDL is strongly preferred.
• Experience in refinery, pulp and paper, manufacturing, or power generation industries is preferred.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Customer-service focus and comfort interacting with customers.
• Enthusiasm for working as part of a collaborative, safety-focused team.
• Technology adeptness.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and train crew members; provide feedback and assist with tasks in accordance with company and client policies.
• Follow OSHA, regulatory, company, and client safety requirements; complete Job Hazard Analyses and safety paperwork, and promptly report safety incidents or issues to management.
• Inspect job sites, equipment, hoses, connections, pumps, and work areas before tasks begin, and report deficiencies to the supervisor.
• Set up and operate high-pressure pumps, hydro-blasting equipment, and vacuum systems in accordance with operating guidelines and safety procedures.
• Perform manual industrial work around heavy machinery, including cleaning, installing, fitting, and repairing equipment such as valves, caps, hoses, pumps, and gaskets.
• Coordinate crew activities involving industrial services, maintenance, repair, installation, and testing.
