About The Position

The Industrial Controls Quality Technician role supports Quality Assurance management in maintaining and improving quality standards across production and repair operations within Radwell International. This position works closely with the Repair, PLC Center, and Distribution teams to ensure adherence to quality processes, assist with technical evaluations, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Complete an average of 8 units per day while maintaining quality standards
  • Assist in BER (Beyond Economical Repair) evaluations while maintaining a 4% or lower rate
  • Interface with customers, production, sales, and accounting teams to strengthen customer confidence and relationships
  • Support the development and improvement of QA methods, procedures, and processes
  • Assist with various duties related to Quality Assurance processes across departments
  • Provide backup support for Quality roles during increased workload periods
  • Identify process improvements and assist with implementation of changes
  • Support production teams with technical troubleshooting and evaluation
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding quality issues and resolutions
  • Perform other duties, tasks, or work as assigned
