About The Position

Requirements

  • 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
  • Proven mechanical troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to read/interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
  • Comfort with computers and maintenance software

Nice To Haves

  • Electrical troubleshooting experience
  • PLC exposure (troubleshooting, ladder logic)
  • HMI programming or interface experience
  • Advanced understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Experience with meters and electrical measurements
  • Training in Lockout/Tagout, fall protection, PPE, and confined space
  • CPR/First Aid certification

Responsibilities

  • Rapidly diagnose and correct electrical, mechanical, and controls faults
  • Interrogate PLCs and interpret ladder logic to isolate issues
  • Execute PM routines that increase reliability and performance
  • Perform mechanical adjustments and repairs to spec
  • Log accurate work records in the maintenance management system
  • Maintain 5S standards and safe work practices
  • Assist with broader maintenance and production needs as they arise
