About The Position
Step into the heart of production As an Industrial Controls & Automation Electrician with a global Italian food supplier in Bartlett, you’ll be part of a team powering growth as the company expands into a third facility. This is a direct hire role with overtime offered, supporting second and third shifts. A day (or night) in this role You arrive for your shift and jump into action—tracking down a fault on an Allen Bradley PLC, swapping a photo-eye sensor that’s throwing bad reads, and tuning a VFD to bring a motor back into spec. You’ll move between HMIs, sensors, motors, and servo systems, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues that keep production running smoothly.
Requirements
- Strong equipment and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Mechanical troubleshooting capabilities
- Proven industrial electrical experience
- Comfort working with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens), VFDs, and servo motors
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace HMIs, VFDs, PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens), sensors, motors, and photo eye sensors
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime
- Perform hands-on maintenance and repair in an industrial environment
