About The Position

An established and growing heavy industrial company is seeking experienced Industrial Construction Professionals to support mechanical, process piping, water/wastewater treatment, pump station, and industrial facility projects throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania; based midway between Allentown and Philadelphia. Opportunities are available for experienced Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Field Superintendents with a background in heavy civil, mechanical, industrial, or plant construction. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in heavy industrial, mechanical, plant, process piping, water/wastewater, or heavy civil construction (higher levels of experience preferred for leadership positions)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred for engineering/project management roles
• OSHA 10 Certification required
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and change orders
• Coordinating project submittments, document control, and material tracking
• QA/QC procedures and safety compliance
• Supervising field crews and subcontractors
• Construction planning, scheduling, and productivity tracking
