About The Position

Kinsley Construction is seeking Concrete Workers, including form carpenters, rebar placement, and concrete placement specialists. The role involves working on deep foundations, complicated machine foundations, quarry foundations, and heavy industrial structural renovations. While based out of Kinsley's Hagerstown, MD office, travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region for projects is required, with hotels and transportation provided. Requirements

3-5 years of experience is required.
Comprehension of construction drawings is required.
Must be familiar with all means of placement and curing of concrete.
Must be able to operate manual transmissions.
Current driver’s license is required.
Must be familiar with or willing to learn OSHA and MSHA safety regulations.
Willingness to multitask and strong communications skills are required.
Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT physical with a drug/alcohol test.
Strong math skills are required.
Non CDL truck driving is required.

Nice To Haves

Concrete finishing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Use and/or assist with instruments for precise layout.
Perform excavation and backfill.
Perform formwork, placement of anchor bolts and placement of embeds.
Perform placement of rebar.
Perform placement of concrete including large mass pours, foundations, formed piers, formed walls, supported slabs and small areas of slab on grade.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required.
