About The Position

The Industrial Cleaning Supervisor will manage the day-to-day activities of a team of industrial cleaning laborers and is responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of cleaning services performed at the assigned location. This role involves supervising a crew performing high-pressure water blasting, vacuum truck work, and general cleanup in a plant-based setting. The supervisor will organize crews, delegate responsibilities, ensure equipment availability, and drive/pull equipment to various regional locations. Additionally, the role requires engaging with clients and vendors to understand their needs, recommending appropriate services, and demonstrating their functionality and benefits. A key aspect of the position is enforcing jobsite safety in compliance with OSHA regulations and the company's Safety Program, while actively championing a positive workplace and safety culture. The supervisor will act as a liaison for site leadership, maintain client relations, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to customer service. Various other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience.
  • Candidate must be knowledgeable of different high-pressure hydro blast equipment including the different tips and pressures ranging from 10,000 psi- 40,000 psi.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to problem solve and develop solutions.
  • Follows directions of manager / lead / superintendent and clarifies responsibilities if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Supervision of a crew involving high pressure water blasting, vacuum truck work and general cleanup, etc. in a plant-based setting.

  • Driving and pulling equipment to various regional locations.
