About The Position

The Industrial Cleaning Superintendent will manage the day-to-day activities of a team of industrial cleaning laborers and is responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of cleaning services performed at the assigned location. This role involves supervising crews performing high-pressure water blasting, vacuum truck work, and general cleanup in a plant-based setting. The Superintendent will also be responsible for organizing crews, delegating tasks, ensuring equipment availability, driving and pulling equipment to various locations, engaging with clients and vendors, and maintaining positive client relations. A key aspect of this role is developing and maintaining a high-performing team dedicated to customer service and championing a positive workplace and safety culture.

Requirements

Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in the construction/industrial field with some management experience.
Knowledgeable of different high-pressure hydro blast equipment including the different tips and pressures ranging from 10,000 psi- 40,000 psi.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Office Suite or related software.
Ability to problem solve and develop solutions.
Follows directions of manager / lead / superintendent and clarifies responsibilities if needed.

Always have a support and teaching mindset.

Responsibilities

Driving and pulling equipment to various regional locations.

Enforce jobsite safety to comply with all OSHA regulations and the hth companies' Safety Program.
Acts as a liaison for all site leadership in their region and maintains positive client relations.
Actively develops and maintains a high-performing team that is dedicated to customer service.
Performs various other duties and functions as required or assigned.
