About The Position
The Budd Group is hosting an open house event with on-the-spot job offers for Industrial Cleaner positions. This role involves maintaining cleanliness in industrial environments, including restrooms, locker rooms, and around machinery. The job requires entering confined spaces and working at heights on catwalks. Safety is a top priority, and candidates must be prepared for physically demanding tasks.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
- Must be able to lift 75+ lbs. regularly.
- Willingness to get the job done with no excuses.
- Prepared to take a drug screen within 24 hours of job offer.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, dust, mop, and vacuum.
- Keep restrooms and locker rooms clean.
- Clean around machinery and equipment to ensure safety.
- Enter confined spaces in machines to clean the insides.
- Walk on a catwalk 200 ft in the air to access machines.
- Take on extra cleaning tasks as needed.
