About The Position

As an Industrial Cleaner (also known as a Janitorial Sanitizer or Heavy Duty Cleaner), you will keep an Automotive Assembly Plant safe, clean, and operating smoothly. Your key responsibilities include: Clean Paint Booth Stations and surrounding areas using approved chemicals and high-pressure washers (5K). Scrape windows, wipe down walls, replace ceiling filters, and apply protective plastic or aluminum foil in booth areas. Lift metal flooring grates, clean beneath them, and clear out oven and flood sheet areas. Perform routine equipment maintenance like changing robot covers and grease applications. Safely climb ladders and navigate confined spaces during heavy-duty cleaning routines.

Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, handle a 5K pressure washer, and work in confined/hot areas.
Must complete safety training (Ladder, Confined Space, Lockout/Tagout).
Excellent attendance record required.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and top-notch attendance.
Comfort working in hot/dirty conditions using company-provided PPE.
Physical capability to stand, walk, crouch, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to follow instructions and pass required safety courses.
