About The Position

Sizemore, Inc. is hiring for Industrial Cleaners/Warehouse Techs in Chester, VA. This is a direct hire position with career growth opportunities. The pay range is $15.00 per hour with weekly pay. We offer flexible schedules with 4 days on and 3 days off, with options for Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday shifts, and either 6 am-5 pm or 6 pm-5 am. We are willing to train the right people. We offer a secure and safe environment to work. Full-time work is available.

Requirements

Must be 18 years old
Must have reliable transportation
Must pass a 7-year background check
Must pass a drug test prior to employment

Responsibilities

Gather and dispose of all cardboard, other packing materials, wood, etc. from designated gaylords and bins.
Clean various flooring surfaces including vacuuming with a push vacuum/backpack vacuum (9-12 lbs.), sweeping, mopping and scrubbing.
Empty all trash cans/receptacles and replace liners to fit.
Ensure proper labeling, dilution and use of all cleaning chemicals available.
Maintains janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
Operates specialized equipment as needed including, but not limited to, augers, balers, waste compactors, etc.
Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures.
Drive a culture of constant improvement, identifying and implementing projects to increase business-wide effectiveness and efficiency.
Abide by and enforce Sizemore’s and client’s policies and procedures.
