About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field
3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or engineering environments
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across teams
Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments

Nice To Haves

Experience with ERP, MES, or warehouse management systems
Familiarity with data tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI
Experience supporting digital tools, automation, or operational applications
Knowledge of basic process improvement or lean principles

Responsibilities

Support and own day‑to‑day warehouse and stockroom operations, including receiving, inventory control, material movement, kitting, and shipping
Ensure alignment between physical processes and system transactions to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability
Develop, maintain, and improve standard work instructions and process documentation
Implement and support digital tools such as barcode systems, data capture applications, and operational dashboards
Provide support and enhancements for warehouse applications, including troubleshooting and user guidance
Execute and contribute to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, issue tracking, and validation of system updates
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Analyze operational data to identify trends, support root cause analysis, and implement process improvements
