About The Position

Treston Security Services is hiring Indoor Event Security Officers for an upcoming special event in Palm Springs, CA on September 16th and 17th, 2026. We are looking for professional, dependable, and customer-focused security officers to help provide a safe and welcoming environment for event attendees, staff, vendors, and guests.

Requirements

• Valid California Guard Card – REQUIRED
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation to and from Palm Springs
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Previous security, special event, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional and visible security presence
• Monitor entrances, exits, and assigned areas
• Assist with access control and credential verification
• Help manage guest flow and lines
• Conduct foot patrols throughout the indoor venue
• Observe and report safety or security concerns
• Respond appropriately to incidents and supervisor instructions
• Provide professional customer service to attendees and event personnel
• Complete incident reports when necessary
