About The Position
The YMCA is seeking an Indoor Cycling Instructor to lead engaging and motivating indoor cycling classes at the Jim & Heather Gills YMCA. This part-time position offers competitive hourly pay and a free individual YMCA membership.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess current Indoor Cycling Instructor Certification.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills.
- Pass a 10-panel drug screen.
- Clear a Level 2 background check.
Responsibilities
- Lead indoor cycling classes.
- Motivate and engage participants.
- Build rapport and relate well to others.
- Work effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions, and perceptions.
