About The Position

Aire Serv of the Sioux Empire is growing and seeking an Indoor Air Quality Technician who takes pride in doing quality work and treating customers the right way. While HVAC experience is not required as training will be provided, a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a desire to do the job right are essential. This role involves helping homeowners improve the comfort, cleanliness, and health of their homes through specialized indoor air quality services. The position requires professionalism and technical ability, as the technician will be the face of the company in customers' homes.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift 75 pounds
• Comfortable working on ladders, in attics, and in crawlspaces
• Comfortable using smartphones and tablets
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Take before-and-after photos of completed work
• Educate homeowners on improving their indoor air quality
• Maintain company equipment and vehicles
