This role is responsible for driving the strategic direction of Individual Wealth products to support the organization’s growth and competitive positioning. Working closely with senior leadership and key cross‑functional partners, the Individual Wealth Product Strategy Manager identifies market opportunities and develops forward‑looking product strategies that enhance and evolve our Individual Wealth product offerings. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product strategy development, business development, or a related role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and critically about product development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing strategic product projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with Human Centric Design practices and a strong understanding of how to apply these principles to product strategy and development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic product plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape for our products.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior leadership regarding product strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including advisors, partners, and industry leaders, to support product development.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of product strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  • Incorporate Human Centric Design (HCD) practices to ensure that all product strategies and development efforts are aligned with the needs and experiences of our clients. As the HCD champion, you will partner across the organization, fostering collaboration and alignment, sharing best practices and resources to elevate the organization’s overall capabilities.
  • Support the creation of advanced marketing and sales materials, collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to develop compelling content that promotes our products and strengthens client and advisor relationships.
