The Individual Placement (IP) Supervisor provides leadership and oversight to Floater Job Coaches in the delivery of individualized, one-to-one supports for adults with disabilities working in the community and/or participating in Tailored Day Services. This role ensures that services across the Individual Placement (IP), Paid Internship Program (PIP), and Tailored Day Services (TDS) programs are person-centered, goal-driven, and aligned with each individual’s approved service plan. The IP Supervisor directs and supports Floater Job Coaches in consistently implementing individualized supports, with a strong emphasis on maintaining thorough knowledge of each participant’s approved activities, service plans, preferred schedules, and personal goals. Additionally, the IP Supervisor promotes job retention and long-term success for individuals in IP, as well as those in PIP seeking to transition into IP, by ensuring appropriate workplace supports are in place, proactively addressing challenges, and fostering positive, collaborative relationships among participants, staff, and employers. The position also ensures compliance with program standards, maintains high-quality service delivery, and supports staff performance to achieve sustainable employment and community integration outcomes.
