About The Position

Join our tax team as a Tax Analyst III, where you'll have an important role in managing complex tax compliance and reporting activities across our organization. You'll leverage your expertise to prepare and review tax returns, optimize tax strategies, and ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and international regulations. This position offers opportunities to work on diverse tax projects, from corporate income tax compliance to international tax matters, while contributing to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. Working with finance teams, you'll analyze tax data, prepare detailed documentation, and provide strategic tax consulting services. You'll manage tax audits, maintain relationships with tax authorities, and help implement process improvements that enhance our tax operations' efficiency and accuracy. Requirements

• Advanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in tax or accounting, preferably in public accounting or corporate tax department
• Strong knowledge of corporate income tax principles and international tax concepts
• Proficiency in tax compliance software such as OneSource Income Tax, DataFlow, and Workpapers
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems (SAP, Oracle)
• Experience preparing federal, state, and local tax returns and supporting documentation
• Knowledge of international tax forms (5471, 8858, 8865) and concepts (GILTI, BEAT, FDII)
• Ability to analyze complex tax data and identify optimization opportunities
• Strong project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred
• CTA (Chartered Tax Adviser) or equivalent professional qualification preferred for international positions
• Bilingual skills preferred for international positions
