About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Indirect Sourcing Manager to develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end sourcing activities to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Expertise in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier negotiation.
Proficiency in procurement systems such as SAP, Coupa, and Ariba.
Strong cost-saving and supply chain management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, focusing on indirect categories.

MBA or relevant certification preferred.
Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
Proven ability to analyze data and drive cost-saving initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including RFPs, RFQs, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
Partner with internal stakeholders in Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations, and Legal to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies and contracting processes.
Support the Global Category Managers in the development, implementation, and adoption of a clear category strategy in the region.
Analyze spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes aligned with the wider Indirect Procurement Team.
Drive supplier performance management, including KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical sourcing standards.
Monitor market trends and risks to proactively adjust sourcing strategies.
Support adoption of digital procurement tools and systems as part of the wider procurement strategy.
