About The Position

The Indirect Procurement Sourcing Manager leads the development and execution of sourcing strategies across key indirect categories, including Facilities & Maintenance, Capital Equipment, Environmental Health & Safety, and Logistics & Supply Chain. This role drives cost optimization, strengthens supplier performance, and mitigates risk while ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements. The Sourcing Manager oversees sourcing initiatives, negotiates contracts, and manages supplier relationships to deliver measurable value across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Knowledge in sourcing indirect categories such as, Facilities & Maintenance, Capital Equipment, Environmental Health & Safety, and Logistics & Supply Chain.
  • Adept in strategic contract negotiation and comprehensive contract management.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP and procurement systems (e.g., QAD, SAP, Ariba).
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced computer skills: MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Project.
  • 20% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes indirect sourcing strategies across multiple sites while collaborating closely with Operations and Procurement to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality and service performance.
  • Creates and manages robust MRO sourcing programs, including supplier consignment and inventory‑optimization initiatives, to reduce downtime, improve material availability, and drive cost and process efficiencies.
  • Leverages process and cost expertise to align stakeholder needs with procurement solutions that enable operational and strategic goals.
  • Leads end-to-end sourcing processes including market analysis, RFP/RFI development, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation.
  • Manages supplier relationships, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and risk management protocols.
  • Collaborates with Finance, Legal, IT, and other departments to support budgeting, contract management, and supplier governance.
  • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for innovation, consolidation, or alternative sourcing.
  • Drive adoption of procurement best practices, process automation and tools across the organization.
  • Represent the company positively and build business partners that benefit the company.
