About The Position

An Intern with Indirect Lending will have the opportunity to work with experienced staff members while assisting in projects and initiatives within the department. The Intern will assist in various aspects of Indirect Lending, including assisting and supporting underwriting, processing of loans, and assisting customers. Requirements

Applicant should be enrolled in or pursuing higher education.
Possess intermediate PC skills.
Ability to be patient and attentive to detail.
Excellent verbal and listening skills and ability to use positive language.
Time management skills.

Responsibilities

Organize and assist with workflow of Dealer loan contracts to prepare for funding.
Answer incoming customer calls and forward to appropriate staff member.
Work with Loan Servicing to identify/resolve any Dealer funding/reserve issues.
Act as key contact person for Dealers.
Assist and support any loan underwriting functions.
Coordinate timely processing of loan counter offers and denials.
