Loan Doc Prep Indirect Lending
About The Position
The Loan Doc Prep Specialist – Indirect Lending is responsible for reviewing the proper documentation for Indirect Loans and entering the information into the indirect calculation worksheet. Dealer contracts along with other loan documents are reviewed to ensure proper terms, rate and the lien perfection is compliant with regulatory requirements and internal loan policy requirements. The Specialist will also prepare the loan funding sheet for all Indirect Loans and communicate the funding status of all loans directly to the originating dealership.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of TSI and Dealertrack systems.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing loan documents and supporting documentation for Indirect Loans.
- Entering loan information into the calculation worksheet and all reporting logs.
- Reviewing loan documents to ensure proper terms, rate and the lien perfection is compliant with regulatory requirements, and internal loan policy requirements.
- Preparing the loan funding sheet for all Indirect Loans.
- Answering questions, resolving problems, and responding to requests for documents promptly and courteously.
- Maintaining work area in a clean, neat and professional manner.
- Representing the bank in a professional manner.
- Performing miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- Participating in training sessions as required by supervisor.
