About The Position
Provide support to Indirect Lending area of the Credit Union
Requirements
- One year to three years of similar or related experience.
- A high school education or GED.
- Skill and ability to use and operate a keyboard (typewriter), computer, calculator, fax machine, copier and telephone.
- Skill and ability to read and understand financial statements, contracts, applications, computer printouts, manuals and other related materials.
- Must have the skill and ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Processes incoming Indirect Auto loan packages, completes Indirect/Pre-Funding checklist, generate, and distributes New Member documents/TISA, fund Indirect loans and ensure proper imaging and handling of loan documents.
- Answers telephone inquiries for retail staff, prepares and delivers routine correspondence to members and dealers. Resolves assigned Synapsys service events.
- Processes daily payment and monthly reserve settlement notifications to dealers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Provides administrative support to Indirect Department.
