About The Position

Four Inc. is seeking an Intern to support the Inside Sales team while also assisting with day-to-day operations. This role provides hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and business operations, giving interns practical skills and exposure to real-world processes in a collaborative environment. This is a hybrid role: three in-office days per week at Four Inc.’s Herndon, VA headquarters and two remote days.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in sales, customer engagement, or business development is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Inside Sales team with lead tracking, outreach, and follow-ups
  • Prepare sales materials, presentations, and reports
  • Update and maintain CRM records and monitor the sales pipeline
  • Support daily operational and administrative tasks as needed
  • Conduct research and basic data analysis to support sales and operations initiatives
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions
