Work alongside seasoned financial professionals, explore the advisor role, and get direct exposure to the innovative Voya WealthPath technology platform-all within a purpose-driven, dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field
• Interested in wealth management and financial services
• Strong communicator and collaborator
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Curious about financial planning and the advisor career path

Responsibilities

• Rotate through sales, marketing, operational, compliance, audit, legal roles supporting the Wealth Management business.
• Shadow advisors and operational teams to learn best practices in client engagement and retention
• Join business meetings, contribute to projects, and help prepare materials
• Get practical experience with Voya WealthPath technology training
• Build financial literacy and your professional brand
• Study and sit for the FINRA SIE exam
• Leverage direct access to accomplished mentors and industry experts
• Participate in volunteer and inclusion initiatives that reflect Voya’s values
