About The Position

Sharonview Federal Credit Union is seeking an Indirect Lending Dealer Relationship Manager to build and grow strategic partnerships with automobile, motorcycle, and other approved dealers. This role is responsible for driving sustainable loan growth while maintaining strong dealer relationships, portfolio quality, profitability, and an exceptional dealer and member experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in indirect lending, automotive finance, dealer services, financial services business development, or relationship management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of indirect auto lending, consumer lending, credit, and dealer relationships.
• Proven business development and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of lending regulations, including Fair Lending, ECOA, FCRA, UDAAP, and BSA/AML.
• Ability to analyze portfolio and profitability data and turn insights into action.
• Ability to travel regularly to assigned dealerships and market events.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow strategic relationships with dealer partners through regular visits, business reviews, training, and ongoing support.
• Develop new dealer relationships and identify opportunities to increase loan production and member growth within existing partnerships.
• Monitor dealer and portfolio performance, using data and scorecards to identify growth opportunities, risk trends, and areas for improvement.
• Partner with Credit Risk, Underwriting, Collections, Finance, Marketing, and Retail Delivery to resolve issues and deliver a seamless dealer and member experience.
• Educate dealer partners on Sharonview’s lending programs, products, technology, and requirements while promoting responsible lending practices.
• Represent Sharonview at dealer events, community activities, and other business development opportunities.
