About The Position

Raytheon’s Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking a skilled and motivated Software Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to support the Software team on Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC) program. This role is responsible for leading the cost, schedule and execution for the IFPC contracts. This position will be an onsite role based in Tucson, AZ. In this position, you will oversee the strategy, execution, performance, development, and delivery of all Software scope and deliverables for the program. You will provide leadership to assure quality, timeliness and cost efficiency of IFPC Software in accordance with the contract requirements and planned budget and schedule. This role involves frequent collaboration with program management office (PMO), the office of the chief engineer (OCE), Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Cross Product Teams (CPTs), and external parties. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing cost, schedule and execution activities including Estimate at Completion (EAC) reviews, staffing projections, monthly metrics tracking, proposal costing, leadership execution reviews and technical reviews with Raytheon and customer leadership.

Requirements

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience managing cost, schedule and execution for technical projects.
• Experience leading/contributing to proposals, such as creating BOEs (Basis of Estimate), contributing to leadership proposal reviews.
• Program Manager Certification level six (6) or ability to obtain within the first year in the role.
• Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

• Lead development and reporting of proposal costing efforts.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team leaders and engineers within the IFPC Software team.
• Collaborate regularly across functions and engineering disciplines.
• Travel domestically as required to customer/government test locations.
