Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1-4 years of experience.
  • Knowledge of auto loan products, new/used autos, balloons and leasing products.
  • Knowledge of credit analysis.
  • PC, Windows, Internet proficient and MS Excel, Access, and Word skills.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and cultivate dealer relationships to align with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Gather information on competitors’ offerings and provide timely recommendations based on analysis to manager to strategically plan and adjust goals. Provide competitors’ offerings to Sr. Management and recommend changes as needed.
  • Create customized programs for dealers that produce high volume loans for the credit union. Routine visits to the dealers on the program to ensure that they are fully aware of FourLeaf’s auto programs. Work with dealers individually to reduce errors and improve turn-times and troubleshoot and resolve funding and underwriting issues.
  • Daily interaction with the Indirect Lending staff to ensure that Key Performance Indicators are met. Track common issues and come up with solutions.
  • Work with our indirect lending partner to target and sign up new dealers within an assigned region.
