Support financial professionals and clients by providing service related to incoming paperwork, account information and distributions. Communicate operational and financial industry policies and procedures. Research issues and resolve inquiries in a timely manner. Develop understanding of the policies and procedures to execute them in daily work. Adapt and adhere to Cambridge policies and core values. Collaborate with internal associates to improve procedures and templates to streamline processes. Organize document coordination utilizing departmental database software including documents scanned in by the mailroom or submitted via web capture by the client.
