About The Position

Millennium is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Trade Support Specialist to join our Operations team. This position offers exposure to multiple markets and the opportunity to work across teams globally, partnering directly with portfolio managers and our Prime Brokers. The successful candidate will be proactive in identifying strategic projects and able to drive them through completion, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency.

Requirements

5+ years of experience at a financial services firm in a trade support, operations, middle office, or similar role
Strong product knowledge of Index and Commodities (including Power and Gas) Futures, FTR knowledge a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline (finance, economics, accounting, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with PMs and brokers
Ability to work independently
Proficiency with Excel
Well-organized and detail-oriented; able to multi-task and manage deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Ensure proper trade capture upon execution of all Global Futures and Futures Options across the firm
Coordinate directly with Portfolio Manager and Execution Desk to resolve all breaks as raised
Monitor trade queues throughout the day
Support compliance with applicable regulatory rules
Monitor expiry of Futures and Futures Options positions
Support new product onboarding
Assist with systems implementation and enhancements
