About The Position
Advanced Recovery Systems (ARS) is an integrated behavioral healthcare management company dedicated to transforming lives through comprehensive treatment. They are seeking exceptional Clinicians to join their team. The Recovery Village (TRV), located in Umatilla, Florida, is ARS's flagship facility. It is an accredited adult rehab facility that is physician-led and committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate care for substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. TRV offers various levels of care including Medical Detox, Inpatient/Residential Rehab, Partial Hospitalization, IOP, Outpatient Rehab, Medication-assisted Treatment, and Teletherapy.
Requirements
- Master's Degree
- At least two (2) years of clinical experience in the mental health field (additional training may substitute for one year)
- Registered in the state of Florida with one of the following: LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), RMHCI (Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern), RCSWI (Registered Clinical Social Work Intern), RMFTI (Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Intern)

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the patient caseload and provide group, individual, and family therapy
- Conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments
- Collaborate with the Treatment Team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan and assist in coordinating discharge planning
