About The Position

Concord Counseling Services is seeking an Independently Licensed Mental Health Therapist/Counselor to join their team. This role involves performing mental health counseling with a focus on child and family experience. The position requires the ability to work at least one evening per week. Concord Counseling Services is a highly acclaimed, behavioral health non-profit center in Central Ohio, founded in 1972 and accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work with independent license – either LISW or LPC required.
• Ability to maintain thorough, timely, well documented treatment plans, case notes and intake summaries, illustrating caseload measurable treatment progress in computerized medical records system.
• Must have working knowledge of mental illness, psychiatric symptoms, and their impact on functioning and behavior of a diverse client population.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

• Willingness to provide supervision towards licensure.
