About The Position

Capitol Hill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC (CCCC) is seeking licensed clinicians for its established group practice serving the D.C., Virginia, and Maryland area. The practice offers culturally responsive, high-quality care through in-person and telehealth services, including therapy and psychological testing for clients of all ages. CCCC provides a collaborative, multicultural work environment and this role is a 1099 contractor position with potential for W-2 transition based on performance. The practice emphasizes professional development, peer consultation, and offers opportunities for supervision, training, community engagement, client workshops, corporate consultation, and holistic wellness retreats. They also provide seamless insurance processing and effortless scheduling and waitlist management, with guaranteed payroll.

Requirements

  • Independently licensed in Virginia or Maryland
  • Passion for delivering exceptional mental health care
  • Dedication to continuous professional development
  • 1-3 years of desired experience
  • Must be local

  • Licensure in Washington, D.C. is preferred, with priority given to clinicians licensed across all jurisdictions
