About The Position

CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC (CCCC) is seeking independently licensed child therapists for full and part-time positions in Maryland. This role offers flexible work arrangements, including in-person, remote, or hybrid options. CCCC is a well-established group practice serving diverse populations across the D.C., Virginia, and Maryland region, offering culturally responsive care. The practice values collaboration, inclusivity, and professional growth. This position starts as a 1099 contractor role with a potential pathway to W-2 employment based on performance. CCCC provides comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, allowing clinicians to focus on client care. The practice also offers opportunities for supervision, consultation, and career development in areas such as community engagement, client workshops, corporate consultation, and management.

Requirements

  • Must be independently licensed in Maryland.
  • Priority given to clinicians licensed across Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C.
  • Priority consideration given to clinicians willing to serve pre-adolescent populations.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional mental health care.
  • Dedication to continuous professional development.
  • Must be local.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver culturally responsive care through in-person and virtual therapy.
  • Provide psychological testing for diverse populations across the lifespan.
  • Engage in supervision as field faculty and contribute to the training of psychology externs, interns, and postdoctoral residents.
  • Participate in community engagement activities.
  • Provide client workshops.
  • Offer corporate consultation.
  • Manage appointments and optimize practice with support staff.
  • Handle administrative and billing complexities related to insurance processing.
  • Negotiate contract rates with insurance providers.
  • Manage waitlists to fill openings quickly.
  • Deliver exceptional care to clients.
