About The Position
RepRally is an AI-powered online marketplace that connects independent retailers directly with thousands of popular Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) brands. We provide the inventory, the digital catalog, and the logistics, while you build the local trust needed to grow your own book of business. We are looking for motivated, highly driven independent contractors to take over and grow their own local sales territory in the Las Vegas Metro Area. As a 1099 Independent Sales Representative, you run your own business. You control your schedule, your methods, and your earning potential, backed by our easy-to-use phone app and a catalog of thousands of top-selling items. You will be targeting independent retailers across the Las Vegas Metro Area—convenience stores, gas stations, bodegas, liquor stores, smoke shops, and any independently owned business that sells CPG goods. Your role involves walking into stores, getting past the counter, and pitching the RepRally platform directly to business owners. You will also be responsible for prospecting new stores, earning the owner's trust, and managing your own client relationships. Using our mobile app, you will facilitate initial orders and actively manage your accounts to secure continuous, high-volume re-orders.
Requirements
- Operate as your own entity.
- Provide your own valid driver's license.
- Provide a reliable vehicle to get around.
- Provide a smartphone with a data plan.
- Comfort with cold pitching and not taking 'no' personally.
- Ability to walk into a store cold and follow up until you close the account.
- Love the freedom of running your own day and executing your own sales strategy without a boss.
