About The Position

Window World of Boston is seeking experienced, professional, and reliable subcontractor installation crews to install replacement windows, entry doors, and patio doors for residential customers. Our installers represent our company on every job site and are expected to deliver exceptional craftsmanship, customer service, and attention to detail.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience installing replacement windows and doors.
Must operate as an independent contractor and provide proof of business registration.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Own truck, trailer, tools, and equipment necessary to perform installations.
General liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance (if applicable).
Ability to read and understand work orders and installation instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Ability to lift and carry windows and doors safely.

Nice To Haves

Experience installing vinyl replacement windows.
Experience with entry door systems and sliding patio doors.
OSHA certification is a plus.
Ability to perform aluminum trim work and finish carpentry.

Responsibilities

Install replacement windows, entry doors, and patio doors according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
Ensure all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and with a high level of quality.
Protect customers' homes and property throughout the installation process.
Complete interior and exterior finish work as required.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and company staff.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Identify and report any job site concerns or unforeseen conditions.
Ensure all work complies with local building codes and company requirements.
Take required job-site photos and complete all installation documentation.
