BENEV is expanding its sales team across the US and is actively recruiting experienced Business Development Managers in Aesthetics. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with high commission potential and monthly payouts. The ideal candidate has years of experience building relationships selling injectables, medical devices, and regenerative biologics, and is ready to represent a portfolio that is a true game-changer in the industry.

Requirements

Experienced Business Owner with aesthetics or pharmaceutical sales experience.
Experience selling to med spas, dermatology, or plastic surgery practices.
Established provider network in your territory with real relationships with decision-makers.
Self-directed with the ability to manage your own pipeline and calendar.
Proven professional who wants to own their territory and drive results.

Interest in building or managing a team of Independent Sales Reps (ISRs).

Responsibilities

Represent BENEV's innovative products, including injectable medical devices and regenerative biologics.
Sell South Korea's #1 Neuromodulator, a clinically differentiated alternative.
Promote BENEV Exosomes, the gold standard in regenerative aesthetics trusted by leading providers.
Launch and sell a new Microneedling Pen in Q3/Q4.
Offer an exclusive K-Aesthetics Portfolio of cutting-edge products.
Build and maintain an established provider network in your territory.
Operate with a consultative, practice-building mindset, selling outcomes.
Manage your own pipeline and calendar.
Potentially build or manage a team of Independent Sales Reps (ISRs) and mentor them while earning commissions on their sales.
