About The Position

Flowell is seeking an experienced 1099 Independent Sales Representative with an existing local network in Florida to grow B2B partnerships. This is a non-exclusive, commission-only opportunity for relationship-driven representatives who excel at building and managing long-term accounts. The primary focus will be on clinics, DME/compression providers, and lymphedema & vein clinics, with additional opportunities in med spas/wellness, PT/chiro, sports recovery, and boutique fitness. The role involves prospecting, opening, and managing B2B accounts, running demos, educating partners on product positioning and use cases, forwarding purchase orders, and supporting partners post-sale. Representatives will maintain pipeline visibility, communicate regularly with the Flowell team, and participate in local events. This role does not involve setting pricing, signing contracts, selling into excluded channels, or representing competing products.

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience in DME/clinics/medical, or adjacent wellness/recovery channels
  • Existing Florida-based professional network
  • Comfortable explaining medical-adjacent products clearly and responsibly
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong follow-through
  • Relationship-first, not transactional

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, open, and manage qualified B2B accounts in Florida
  • Run demos, introductions, and follow-ups
  • Educate partners on Flowell positioning and use cases (non-clinical)
  • Forward customer purchase orders to Flowell
  • Support partners before and after sale (non-clinical)
  • Maintain pipeline visibility and communicate regularly with the Flowell team
  • Participate in local events, demos, and community activations
