About The Position

Green Water and Power, established in 2013 and operating in over 25 states, is a leader in the sustainable energy sector, recognized as the #1 electric vehicle (EV) installer in America. The company has deployed over 14,000 EV chargers and completed approximately 5 megawatts (MW) of solar energy projects. As an EVITP certified turnkey EPC firm, Green Water and Power manages and executes large-scale projects with in-house expertise and provides comprehensive operation and maintenance services for both its own developments and third-party installations.

This role seeks a motivated, entrepreneurial 1099 Independent Sales Consultant to expand the company's market presence. As an independent contractor, the consultant will be responsible for building their own pipeline, managing client relationships, and generating new business for EV charging projects. The position offers complete autonomy and uncapped commission potential.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical/solution-based sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently.
• Established business or a current W-2 position elsewhere.
• Must have your own transportation.
• Provide your own computer and equipment.
• Responsible to pay your own expenses.

Nice To Haves

• Experience selling to property owners, developers, or facility leaders.
• Knowledge of EV charging, renewable energy, or electrical infrastructure.
• Existing industry contacts or networks.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads within commercial real estate, multifamily housing, retail, hospitality, workplace, fleet, and municipal sectors.
• Present and sell EV charging solutions, including hardware, software, installation services, and maintenance programs.
• Educate prospects on rebates, incentives, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Secure electric bill, single line drawings and contract from clients.
• Manage own leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity.
