About The Position

Stronghouse is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to partner as Independent Roofing Sales Contractors. This role offers the freedom to manage your own sales business, supported by Stronghouse's reputation, marketing tools, and training resources. You will gain in-depth knowledge of our roofing process, from lead generation to project completion, while building and expanding your business.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation.
• Motivated self-starters with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented professionals who thrive on independence and results.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Willing to learn and execute company standards.
• Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs.
• LLC, EIN, and COI required (or willing to obtain).
