About The Position

This is a unique opportunity for experienced recruiters to build and run their own recruitment practice without starting from scratch. The Greater Change (TGC) is offering a platform, infrastructure, tools, and support to a small founding group of Independent Recruitment Partners. Partners will own their clients, specialization, and success, leveraging TGC's brand and credibility. The role involves building a client base, running end-to-end searches, sourcing and screening candidates, and becoming a trusted name in their specialization. This is a remote, GCC-focused (Dubai, UAE) contract position.

Requirements

• A solid recruitment background with a proven track record of placements
• Deep knowledge of a specific industry or role specialisation
• The ability to win client relationships and manage a search from briefing to placement
• An entrepreneurial mindset: self-driven, accountable, and ambitious
• Genuine care for clients and candidates alike

Responsibilities

• Build your own client base in the industry or niche you know best
• Run searches end to end, from first briefing to signed offer
• Source, screen, and present candidates who make clients say "exactly right"
• Become the trusted name in your specialisation
