About The Position

Premium Merchant Funding (PMF) is a Wall Street-based financial services brokerage firm and one of the nation’s leading providers of working capital solutions for businesses. Our Wall Street office represents a high-performance, fast-paced, and results-driven environment built around execution, growth, and excellence. We are seeking an independent processor to support our funding operations and coordinate with merchants and lenders, ensuring accuracy and a seamless funding experience. The Independent Processor plays a key role in supporting funding operations and managing the flow of applications and deals. This individual will be responsible for reviewing documentation to ensure its completion and accuracy. Moreover, coordinating with merchants, lenders, brokers, etc. and processing files accordingly. As this is a fast-paced and growth driven environment, the ideal candidate is highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage several priorities.

Requirements

Strong problem solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Works effectively with underwriting processes
Detail oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, performance driven environment
Proficient in CRM systems, document management platforms, and Microsoft Office
Able to manage high-volume pipelines and facilitate a smooth process meeting all deadlines

Responsibilities

Review and organize funding applications while ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Maintain records and regularly update CRM systems with relevant information as well as conducting quality control on all fronts.
Monitor deal pipelines and verify bank statements associated with funding applications.
Reconcile accounts and verify data according to the firm's compliance guidelines.
Track funding approvals and disbursement timelines.
