About The Position

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a motivated and patient-focused independent Doctor of Optometry to join our team 1-2 days a week. This role involves providing in-person eye care for patients who cannot utilize telemedicine services, utilizing a state-of-the-art Marco exam lane at a BJ's location. As an independent practitioner, you will have the autonomy to manage your own practice, offering flexibility to supplement income, expand your patient base, or accommodate existing patients. This is an opportunity to serve an established member base and deliver exceptional service within a convenient setting.

Requirements

• Doctoral Degree in Optometry (OD)
• Active Optometry license in the state of practice
• Professional liability insurance
• Must meet professional credential requirements

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with AI tools, including ChatGPT
