InAlliance is looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated people to work with adults with developmental disabilities, providing supported living services such as training with home-care management, social skill development, behavior management, and community integration. As an Independent Living Facilitator (ILF) you will provide for the care, fellowship, and protection of persons with developmental disabilities while supporting them to be as independent as possible.
