About The Position

CapitolHill Consortium for Counseling & Consultation LLC (CCCC) is seeking full and part-time licensed clinicians to join their group practice serving the D.C., Virginia, and Maryland region. They offer culturally responsive care through in-person and virtual therapy and psychological testing for diverse populations. The role begins as a 1099 contractor with a pathway to W-2 employment. CCCC provides flexible scheduling, administrative support for scheduling and billing, and opportunities for professional growth through supervision, consultation, and various career development activities. They also offer seamless insurance processing, effortless scheduling and waitlist management, and guaranteed payroll.

Requirements

  • Must be independently licensed in Maryland.
  • Priority given to clinicians licensed across Maryland, Virginia and Washington D.C.
  • Priority consideration given to clinicians willing to serve pre-adolescent populations.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional mental health care.
  • Dedication to continuous professional development.
  • Desired Experience 0-1 year.
  • Must be local.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-tier care for clients.
  • Engage in supervision as field faculty and contribute to the training of psychology externs, interns, and postdoctoral residents.
  • Provide client workshops.
  • Provide corporate consultation.
  • Participate in community engagement activities.
  • Conduct therapy and psychological testing.
  • Manage appointments and optimize practice.
  • Fill openings quickly to ensure a consistent flow of clients.
  • Deliver exceptional care.
