Requirements

Proven sales experience, preferably at least 1 year in the janitorial or facilities management industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the janitorial services market.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
